2024 ANNUAL SESSION OF BOARD DIRECTORS

(SABD)

The annual board session of the YOUNG LEADERS INTL ORGANIZATION FOR PEACE & SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT, INC. and its partners is a framework for programming, strategic direction, advocacy and resource mobilization around our strategic and operational plans of the organization and also allows us to present the results of the past financial year and present the major advances in strategic programs.

This session is organized at the start of each financial year. It defines in a way consensual and objective the contributions of the various partners and donors of our organization. It is strategically organized around an annual gala dinner in New York or in a city in the United States of America.

Programs

2024 is a special year where SABD-2024 participants will participate in a special program that will include strategic programming, leadership, networking and resource mobilization activities around roundtables, networking opportunities for young country leaders, crowned by a consolidated action program for the session. The event locations are located near the hotel accommodation chosen for the participants.

  • 6:00pm - 2024 | Diaspora Youth African Leaders Dinner

Participants

The SABD is by invitation only and participants represent a wide range of country representation of young African leaders, from National Youth Councils (NYCs); networks of young Africans and partner organizations from all over the world. The SABD is a unique annual gathering of Young African leaders and influencers who shape institutions, values, democratic and organizational practices.
