The Board of Directors is the body of political governance, management, development of international relations, partnerships, action research and conflict management through diplomatic missions of the organization for the effective implementation of its strategic plans and structural programs.
It is chaired by its Founder, Chairman and CEO. He represents the legal entity of the organization, as such, he has all the powers attached to this function of primary responsibility, and is personally responsible for the assets, operation and results of the organization. He chairs the Annual Session of the Board of directors. He has a casting vote, ensures compliance with the Statutes and the Internal Regulations as well as the orientations and decisions of the annual sessions and the Board of Directors.
He appoints member resource persons for specific and diplomatic missions. He created the organization's country offices in Africa and liaison offices in the rest of the world under the leadership of its Founder, Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
